E-Screen analysis of environmental pollutants. MCF-7 cells were treated with the compound indicated in the absence (○) or presence (□) of 10 pM E2. After seven days of culture, cell proliferation was determined using the SRB assay. Results are expressed as the relative proliferative effect (RPE) to E2 (y-axis), and concentrations indicated are in μM (x-axis). Values shown are mean ± SD from triplicates at two or more independent experiments.
